I was very skeptical about this, but after years and years of using decongestion spray over and over, several times a day, I decided to give this a try. It is working!! For me I noticed no difference until about 3 weeks of using it, but I did it daily 3 times a day anyway. After 3rd week I started noticing improvement. I am into my 4th week and I am now down to just using spray ONE TIME right before bed. So it does work, but it may take awhile. I am so hopeful that I can stop the sprays all together and finally get lasting relief. If it continues to work and show improvement, I will be ordering another one for backup.

I am a 78 year old widow & I take my health seriously it is my responsibility to take care of it & seek the best products to help me. I saw the Cleriva ad for the NovaFlow. I was inspired to try their product to help me with my severe running nose & headaches along with my heavy phylum issues.
Once it was delivered I opened it & used it after I had absorbed the instructions. It was easy to use so I relaxed & watched the clock & the timer worked flawlessly. The next day I used it three different times because the instructions recommended using it 2-3 times in 10 min sessions.
I look forward to daily useing my NovaFlow. I recommend this product that was quality made & packaged with great care. I believe I will be relieved of symptoms the longer I use it. I already see great promise of it.

Unbelievably good product. I've had numerous issues with sinuses over the last few years and nothing has resolved it until now. Have suffered from regular blocked ears as soon as I get any colds, but since using Cleriva I've had no issues at all and blocked sinuses are cleared so much quicker! I love this product and can't recommend enough!!

I have to say I was sceptical (especially of pop up ads on social media) but after 6+ years of inflammations and chronic rhinosinusitis I thought it was worth a shot. I’m fed up of saline sprays and antihistamines.
Pleasantly surprised! I usually wake up several times a night choking on post nasal drip (yuck I know - sorry) and I know it looks a weird contraption but it works! I’d say mine took 2 weeks for real results but it definitely loosens up mucus straight away and you can tell it’s working after 2/3 days. I used mine 3 times a day and now twice a day. I can’t remember the last time I have slept through the night, and with this I do! I’d say it’s worth a shot! Would be nice if it came with a little case for it but I'll have to buy that separately I suppose. Go for it. It’s not a miracle cure but it certainly Helps you sleep and breathe more easily if you suffer from inflammation. I wish I’d discovered it before! (UK based)

I got this as a what if it worked you know thinking it was Snake Oil but after 4 years of a cough, the doctors cannot fix after having COVID vaccination. I tried this and within a week. I'm not coughing. Can't explain it. Is it all in my head? I don't care. I'm just happy I tried it.
